Excellent value..

Our summer peak-season rates are less expensive than most Kingston Motels and Hotels, yet we're only 5 minutes away from town.  

However, we don't have any Jacuzzi's, or swimming pools. We've got big comfortable rooms and they're really clean. I know, because I clean them!
